If this is the first time you've installed the app, or you have uninstalled the app and are re-installing it, you will see a message like the one below:

If you do, follow the steps below:

1. Go to the Settings app on your iPhone.
   
2. Once there, tap General.
   
3. Tap Profile & Device Management. This may say Device Management depending on your phone's software version.
   
4. Tap Hort Enterprises Pty Ltd.
   
5. Tap Trust "Hort Enterprises Pty Ltd".
   
6. Tap Trust.
   
7. Your screen should look like the one below. If so, you're all set! Press the Home button to return to the main screen.
